Over the years Vinitech Sifel has gained in reputation and international scope while still retaining its links to the land and to those who demonstrate its importance on a daily basis. It is this dual aspect that makes Vinitech Sifel so special: the show has its roots in the land, but it also looks to the future and to the world, championing exchanges of information.
The 2010 show will underscore this dual aspect with a dedicated innovation area hosting an ‘Ideas Forum’ where visitors can exchange information and gain new expertise, information and advice geared to their individual needs.
Organised jointly by Vinitech Sifel and the French Institute of Vines and Wine.
Themed workshops
Current technical issues are covered in themed workshops, an ideal format for finding the answers to technical questions and dialoguing with industry experts.
The hour-long presentations cover viticulture, wine production and marketing.
Experience Forum
This format for exchanging information, chaired by technical journalists and industry professionals, was launched at Vinitech 2006 and is an opportunity for genuine debate.
The 45-minute Experience Forum sessions leave plenty of time to engage in exchanges on all the current industry issues in an open environment in the Ideas Forum, right at the heart of the show.
